LEWISTON, Minn. – A Utica driver smelled of alcohol during a taffic stop. His blood-alcohol level tested at 0.10%, roughly one-fifth more than allowed for driving, said the Winona County deputy who made the stop. Ari Emir Perez Xahuentitla, age 29, was arrested.
