HILL CITY, Minn. — A worker on the Enbridge Energy Line 3 pipeline died in an accident as the project was being quickly ramped up after months of delays in government regulatory processes. Enbridge declined to release details except that the accident was at a construction yard in Hill City, 80 miles northwest of Duluth. An Enbridge spokesperson said work was stopped after the accident to reinforce safety protocols. Work to resume Saturday.
