WINONA, Minn. – An Albert Lea man, Dylan Robert Scherff, 19, was cited for underage consumption after an officer found him face down in the snow near Seventh and Olmstead streets on the Near West Side. He was found about 12:40 a.m. Scherff recovered OK, police said.
