ALTOONA, Wis. – An Altoona man has been charged with attempting to meet up for sex with a boy whom he thought was 14. Charged with a sex crime and child enticement was Martin Warren, 28. The criminal complaint said a boy whom Warren believed was 14 started messaging him and asking if they would be friends. According to the complaint, Warren responded with explicit images and texts, which actually were with an undercover officer Police made a traffic stop to arrest Warren.
