WINONA, Minn. – High pressure settled into the Coulee region and will drop temperatures to zero, give or take, for the weekend. Saturday night will bring three to six inches of snow, mostly light and fluffy, the National Weather Bureau regional station at LaCrosse forecast. Expect slippery and snow-covered roads.
