WINONA, Minn. — One new COVID-19 case was confirmed in Winona County by the Minnesota Department of Health, but a previously listed case was removed because the patient mistakenly may have been listed twice. The county toll in the last six months: 193. No new deaths were reported in the county, leaving the total at 16.
