HARMONY, Minn. – A year-old child fell into a bucket of water zt home and drowned. The regional medical examiner declared the death accidental. Fillmore County Sheriff John DeGeorge said that deputies and paramedics from Harmony received a 911 call about 5:30 p.m. and rushed to the house, near Niagara Cave in the 11000 block of Journey Road. Lifesaving efforts were unsuccessful, DeGeorge said.
