MANKATO, Minn. – With Governor Tim Walz in a precautionary Co-Vid quarantine, his State of the State address at Mankato West High School has been postponed. The address had been scheduled for Sunday in a classroom where Walz once taught social studies. A new date and perhaps a different site will be determined soon, the governor’s office said.
