ST. PAUL, Minn. – The Minnesota unemployment rate fell to 3.4% in February with 13,900 new jobs, the state Department of Employment and Economic Development reported. Of those jobs, 11,000 jobs were in the private sector. The improvement was 0.2% from the month before. It compared with a 6.2% unemployment rate nationwide.
