ST. PAUL, Minn. – A Minneapolis firm, Knutson Construction, has been named general contractor fr the southeast Minnesota veterans home to be built in Preston. The state Department of Veterans Affairs, which made the choice, said that Knutson will be required to bring in a significant percentage of subcontractors from the local community.
