WINONA, Minn. – Norma Matar Double, 84 of Winona, who co-owned the Montgomery Ward store in Winona, died at Gundersen Hospital in La Crosse. Sh e attended St. Clair Community College in Port Huron, Michigan. In Winona she was an administrative assistant with Winona National Bank. She also held jobs at Winds-N-Waters, The Sports Store, a Goodview apartment complex, Duds-N-Suds coin laundry, Mall Coin Cleaners, and Sprint.
