WABASHA, Minn. – Irene Otilia Flicek, 97, of Wabasha, who was active in the St. Felix Church and sang in the choir more than 50 years, died at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in Wabasha. She was active many years in both the American Legion Post 50 and Burkhardt-Roemer VFW Post 4086 auxiliaries.
