ST. CHARLES, Minn. – Deputies arrested a Faribault man, Samuel Joseph Bale, 33, for a one-vehicle accident that injured a woman late the night before. When deputies arrived at the accident about 11:55 p.m., a passenger was still in the car and injured. Bale had already left, deputies said. The accident was at on County Road 37 and Green Acres Drive.
Bale. Held on probable cause for leaving an injury accident. Also for possession of burglary tools.
