RED WING, Minn. – Strong winds in a fast-moving line of storms downed tree limbs and caused widespread damage. Uprooted trees caused gas line ruptures at two locations. Parts of one road were blocked. No injuries were reported. In some areas the power was off was expected to be out overnight.
