HARMONY, Minn. – An Iowa woman was injured in a two-vehicle wreck five miles southeast of Harmony. Teresa Lynn Boughey, 52, of Dubuque. was taken to a Dubuque hospital with non-life threatening injuries, the State Patrol said. She was riding in a 2002 Chevrolet Cavalier driven by Michael Oscar Garrett,50, also from Dubuque. He was not hurt. The driver of the ither car, a 2008 Ford Focus, was listed by the Patrol only as 17-years-old girl. Her name was not released. She was not hurt, the Patrol said. The cars were on Highway 52 at County Road 44 about 4 p.m. Both cars were headed south toward the Iowa border five miles away.
