WINONA, Minn. – Laurel M. Quinn, 44 of Winona, an ophthalmologist at Winona Health for 15 years, died of csncer at the hospital. She graduated from St. Cloud Technical High School and received her undergraduate and medical degrees from University of Minnesota. She was remembered for choosing to specialize in eyes for the joy of helping patients adjust their vision and how they see the world. She volunteered with the Birthright organization for many years.
