WINONA, Minn. – Osteoopathic physician Chad Kooiker, a graduate of the Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine, joined the Winona Health emergency room staff. His residency was at St. Mary Mercy Hospital in Livonia, Michigan. He is a member of the American College of Emergency Physicians.
