WINONA Minn. – For a second year Winona Health will offer free flu shots. The walk-in inoculations begin Monday. They may be piggybacked with Covid inoculations, said hospital executive Rachelle Schultz. In an interview on radio station KWNO, Schultz said free flu shots last year led to several thousand more people getting vaccine than in earlier years.
