KENOSHA, Wis. – Thomas Earl Pielmeier, who was born in Winona and lived in several group homes over the ears, died at age 75. The group homes were in Watertown, Prairie du Chien, and Kenosha. In Kenosha he enjoyed bannouncing the morning weather forecast for everyone. He valued “Baby,” his green stuffed froggie; picking up sticks for evening fires; and teasing family and friends.
