UTICA, Minn. – A Winona driver, Jarin Michael Hanson, 18, was injured but not seriously when his car went into a ditch on rain-slick U.S. Highway 14. He was taken to the Winona hospital to be checked over, deputies said. Janson was westbound in a 2007 Ford Taurus, headed toward St. Charles, when he crossed over into the oncoming lane and went into the ditch. The accident was about 9 p.m.
