STRUM, Wis. — Carol Ann Roberts, 73, of Strum, who took secretarial training at Western Wisconsin Tech and worked for Peerless Chain in Winona, died at home from Alzheimer’s dementia. She grew up in Trempealeau and graduated from Healy High School in 1966. After a move to Texas she worked at Houston Lighting & Power for 33 years. In those years she was with the local Chamber of Commerce. After her retirement, she returned to Wisconsin
