WINONA, Minn. – Roscoe Charles Thompson, 94, of Winona, a career plumber, died at the Winona hospital. He was in the U.S. Navy from 1944-to 1948 and saw duty in Japan and China.He Roscoe was a Meals-on-Wheels volunteer for 20 years.
