ST. CHARLES, Minn. — A St. Charles man was hurt when he hit an icy patch on Interstate 90 and overturned. Tayton Jeremy Brouwer, 21, was taken to a Rochester hospital. At the scene his injuries appeared less than life-threatening. He was alone in his car, a 2012 Ford Edge. The accident was about 12:10 p.m.
