ST. CHARLES, Minn. — Deputies arrested Joshua Mark McDermott, 41, of St. Charles, after he drove away from a bar where there had been a fight. They found his blood-alcohol content high – 0.20%. They recommended a charge of drunken driving. Fellow bar patrons had called deputies.
