WINONA, Minn. – A thief stole a car overnight from the Dahl car dealership body repair shop on Highway 61. Police said a key-lock box outside Dahl’s Abra building was smashed and the car’s keys pulled out. The vehicle, a 2016 Kia Optima, was in the lot. The car had been at the shop six days for repairs. The vehicle was white with Minnesota plates 916UTL.
