HOUSTON, Minn. – John Anthony “Honkey” Beth, 78, of Houston, a union mason for 40 years, died peacefully. He was in the U.S. States Army in communications in Korea. Friends, who called him the “racing mason,” remember him always wearing cowboy boots, even at work, and also him singing and dancing on the scaffold. He was an usher at St. Mary’s \ Church in Houston.
