LACROSSE, Wis. – A high school sophomore was shot and killed and a second person wounded near Gundersen Hospital’s main campus on the South Side. Shot numerous times was Storm Vondrahek, age 15. He was a student at Logan High School. The shooting was about 1:25 a.m. Police concluded tentatively that Vondrashek was targeted. The second victim hospitalized and expected to recover. The shooting was in the 1900 block of South Seventh Street.
