WINONA, Minn. – Construction crews will continue work on water mains and a box culverts this week at the Highway 61 rotary on the Far East End, the state Transportation Department said. Crews also will be installing curbs, gutters and sidewalks. Also more permanent pavement markings will be painted and signs erected.
