ROCHESTER, Minn. —  The first local monkeypox case has been diagnosed. Denise Daniels, Olmsted County public health director, said the victim had traveled out of state recently. Until lesions scab over healthy skin develops over the scabs, the individual will be in isolation, Daniels said.
