WHITEHALL, Wis. – A convicted child pornographer, Stephen Hans Jenkins, 37, was ordered held on $100,00 bond. Judge Rian Radtke set the bail, noting that Jenkins was a flight risk. Jenkins was arrested five days earlier in Trempealeau after failing to update his sex offender information from Utah and for resisting an officer. He was still under a Utah court order from 2005 and 2906 for child sex crimes. If convicted on the new Wisconsin charges, he could spend 10 years in prison.
