LEWISTON, Minn. – The snow storm that coursed through Winona County overnight continued dropping flakes, sometimes heavy, sometimes light, into the morning. While roads may be plowed and paths trampled, the accumulation generally is expected is to stay a while. The 10-day forecast has no thaw.
