WINONA, Minn. – A behavioral health specialist, Kattie Tibbs, has joined Winona Health’s new ontensive outpatient program. The program fills a gap between regular clinic visits with a psychiatrist or counselor and 24-hour inpatient care. Tibbs graduated from Winona State University with a master’s in mental health counseling. She holds a bachelor’s in criminal justice, also from Winona State.
