DECORAH, Iowa — Luther College announced $4.5 million in new gifts for needy students, including $2 million estate donation from graduate Barbara Lueder. The other new gifts:
> Bob and Dell Ann Sathe, $1 miilion, their second $1 million gift to Luther.
> Audrey Niemann, $850,000,
> Lynne Sootheran and Kent Simmonds, $600,000.
