WASHINGTON — A Minnesota congressional candidate’s Hail Mary appeal for a U.S. Supreme Court review has dead-ended. Justice Neil Gorsuch, who handles emergency requests from Minnesota, denied the request from Tyler Kistner to delay voting in the 2nd Congressional District. Gorsuch offered no explanation. Kistner, a Republican challenging incumbent Democrat Angie Craig, wanted a Supreme Court review of the election calendar for the election on grounds that a third-party candidate had died.
