CHATFIELD, Minn. – Lana Jean Bernard, 73, of Chatfield, a nursing assistant in restorative therapy at Chosen Valley Care Center for 30 years, died of cancer at Methodist hospital in Rochester. She graduated from Chosen Valley High School in 1968. She and her husband raised cows, pigs and laying hens for several years. Later they purchased Gopher Bus, now Bernard Bus Services.
