ST. PAUL, Minn. – A website for Minnesotans to track their absentee ballots went down for more than an hour Saturday morning. Secretary of State Steve Simon blamed a hardware malfunction. The site was back up around 10:15 a.m. The ballot site has had heavy use with a record number of early voters.
