WINONA, Minn. – Deputies arrested a Winona man whom they’d stopped on a court order violation complaint and who then attempted, they said, to head-butt one of them. Taken to jail was Jake Andrew Jonsgaard, 20, of Winona. The incident was about 1:50 a.m. at Gabrych Park on the Far East End. The original complainant was that Jonsgaard had called a woman he was barred by a judge from contacting also and that he had been at her home. When officers located Jonsgaard and attempted to handcuff him, they said, he tensed up his arms, pulled away, and attempted to head-butt an officer.
