LACRESCENT, Minn. – A LaCrosse college student was found dead in a car at the Apple Blossom Drive overlook just inside the Winona County line. Death was by suicide through asphyxiation, a sheriff’s spokesperson said. The victim was a 22-year-old man from the Milwaukee area who was studying at the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse, the spokesperson said. The victim’s name was not released.
