MINNESOTA CITY, Minn. — A Winona man, Jose Juan Bustillos Cavazos, 23, was arrested for a burglary and domestic assault at the Hidden Valley trailer neighborhood. Deputies told the county prosecutor that Cavazos forced his way into a trailer and assaulted a woman. The arrest was about 7:20 p.m.
