STOCKTON, Minn. — Deputies arrested Justin Lee Hahn, 34, of Utica, for possibly violating a domestic abuse no contact order. He was at a house two miles north of Stockton on County Road 23 and Charity Drive. The domestic abuse no contact order prohibited him from visiting the house. The arrest was about 9:45 p.m.
