ROCHESTER, Minn. – A Rochester man was arrested in the Fentanyl toxicity overdose death of a Mankato woman, 37, was charged after agents linked the specific drug to him. After s search warrant was issued at Skelly’s place, according to the criminal complaint, he told an agent he didn’t know that the victim, Alissa Troester, 26, had died. The agent said Skelly showed neither emotion nor surprise at the news. Troester was found dead her Mankato home August 28.
