WINONA, Minn. – A Missouri man, Zachary Sheridan Cummings, 26, of Neosho, was found unconscious at the wheel at the Wyndham Super 8 motel on Sugar Loaf Road about 1 a.m. Why conscious? Police suspected booze or drugs or both. Yes, police said, a bteath test was positive at 0.13%. Also they found marijuana wax in the car. Cummings was booked for driving while intoxicated and possession of a controlled substance.
