PRESTON, Minn. – A Wykoff man was taken before a judge and advised formally of charges he faces for a weekend stabbing. Noah Foster, 23, was charged with:
> One count of second-degree attempted murder.
> Two counts of second-degree assault.
> One count of fifth-degree assault.
The stabbing was in the Fillmore County village of Ostrander. The victim was seriously wounded with six knife penetrations.
