ROCHESTER, Minn. – A child porn collector and distributor, Joshua Coop, 32, worked out a plea agreement. Joshua Coop agreed to guilty to one count of disseminating child porn and two counts of possessing child porn if other charges were dismissed. Coop was arrested in April at his Rochester home. More than child porn videos were stored on his phone.
