ONALASAKA, Wis. – A man who had barricaded himself in a relative’s house with a gun surrendered after police lobbed tear gas into the house. Police had been called by a family member who found the estranged and unwelcome relative asleep on an enclosed porch about 7 a.m. When police arrived, the man pulled a gun. The family was evacuated. Police brought in a SWAT crew. When the man pointed his gun through a window, a chemical irritant was thrown into the enclosed porch.
