WINONA, Minn. — A Winona man was arrested for driving around with a woman who had a judge’s restraining order not to contact her. Erick Jhovanni Bustillos-Cavazos, age 21, was riding in her car, police said. The vehicle was pulled over about 10:50 a.m. on Riverview Drive for dark-tinted windows. Officers recognized Bustillos-Cavazos in violation of the restraining order. In searching the car, officers found two BB ubs under his car seat. The woman said he had stashed the guns under the seat as they were being stopped. The BB guns had the look and heft of the real thing, officers said.
