MADISON, Wis. – Governor Tony Evers signed a bill that allows bars and restaurants to sell cocktails-to-go. The bill had bipartisan support in the Legislature. Covered are mixed drinks and wine. Tamper-evident seals are required. Drinks can be only for pick-up, not delivery. More than 30 states have similar laws.
