WINONA, Minn. —A Winona driver was arrested after a breathalyzer test showed her blood-alcohol content more than 2-1/2 times the legal limit. Police had spotted Haylee Jo Miskowik, 22, driving without headlights at 11th and Wilsey streets and then swerving across lanes. She was stopped 11 blocks away at Sixth and Olmstead streets. This was about 11:30 p.m. The breathalyzer reading: 0.21%, police said.
