WINONA, Minn. –Two passengers were injured when a cab driver crashed into a parked pickup truck in the 500 residential block of West Fifth Street. The passengers, Cain M. Grisham, 29, and Lily P. Elliot, 24, both of Winona, were taken to the hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. Police arrested the cab driver pending further investigation.
