ZUMBROTA, Minn. – A St. Paul driver was hurt when two cars sideswiped at the Zumbrota ramps on Highway 52. Silvia Amilcar Owens, 55, was taken 22 miles to the Cannon Falls hospital with non-life threatening injuries. She was driving a 2016 Nissan Altima, which collided with a 2014 Ford Fusion. The Fusion was driven by Robin Ann Goldman-Beckman, 65, of Woodbury. Goldman-Beckman was unhurt. The accident happened about 8:05 a.m.
